Refund policy

RETURN YOUR ORDER

1. Email us!

Email us at ptnnclothing@gmail.com. All you need is the product you wish to exchange/return along with your order number. 

2. Post it! 

Once you have emailed us we will give you the address to send the product back to us at. When posting the item please include a note with your name, order number and state whether it’s an exchange or refund you are looking for! 

 

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy lasts 28 days. Unfortunately, if 28 days have passed since you purchased with us we can no longer offer you and refund or exchange. 

The product purchased must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order or be eligible for a refund. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
